Animoca Brands and Brinc Launch New US$30 Million Guild Accelerator Program to Strengthen Global Guild Play-to-Earn Ecosystem

the Guild Accelerator Program aims to enable millions of people around the world to generate income by participating in P2E games through crypto gaming guilds. Admission to the program is prioritized for guilds committed to sustainability. This includes projects that support and give back to gaming/academic communities, emphasize proof-of-stake protocols and power-efficient sidechains, and have a lower overall physical footprint.

the Guild Accelerator Program will function as a dedicated track within Launchpad Luna, the accelerator launched in mid-2021 as part of a partnership between Brinc and Animoca Brands. Online applications are open at brinc.io/guild up to February 27, 2022and the first cohort is expected to start in May.

Directed by Richard Robinsonentrepreneur in residence at Animoca Brands, the Guild Accelerator Program will fund up to $500,000 by guild. To optimize the performance of each guild and contribute to large-scale growth, the program will encourage innovation, establish management and operating systems, share the best learnings from world-class mentors, broaden the base of users and assets of each platform and will help raise funds beyond the start-up phase.

Mentors and experts supporting the Guild Accelerator Program include Brendan Wang (Founder of Avocado Guild), Saruboti Sasuke (Head of Partnerships for YGG), and Howard Xu (co-founder of the Vietnambased on the Ancient8 guild).
